1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Sparx Engine website and desktop application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
Sparx Engine provides an AI-powered mathematics solver and educational tool. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for educational and personal purposes according to your subscription tier.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
- Accounts are for individual use only. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
4. Subscription and Billing
Certain features of Sparx Engine are offered on a subscription basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis according to your selected plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Privacy and Data
We respect your privacy. We only collect your email address and display name for account purposes. We do not track your usage, log your queries, or collect analytics or telemetry data. 6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the service:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors.
- To engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send rapid-fire requests, data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
- To reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the desktop application or web platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sparx Engine, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
The educational assistance provided by the AI is for learning purposes. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of mathematical solutions and accept no liability for academic outcomes.
